With over 20 years of senior management experience in renowned multinational corporations such as Nike, Lufthansa Technik, and SKF. In addition, he has successfully ventured into entrepreneurship with OPEX Capital, a lean business restructuring consultancy, serving industry-leading clients including: voelstalpine, PNJ, Nike by You, Nutrinest… and ZUMMY, a convenient food company with over 20,000 POS nationwide.

As a leading expert in Lean Business and Operational Excellence, he has been invited to provide consultation and advisory services by international organizations such as USAID, the World Bank, and RMIT. He also actively participates in sustainable social activities and has been involved in pioneering projects that contribute to positive changes in his surrounding community, including organizations like Junior Chamber International and the Young Business Association of Ho Chi Minh City.
